On Saturday, April 10, we attended the Nashville Temple with our three daughters and their husbands.
It's amazing how hard it is to schedule this with 13 grandchildren needing to be tended while we are all gone. The Nashville Temple is a three-hour drive from where we all live. But with the grandchidlren getting a little older, we hope to do this more often.
Childhood memories came flowing back of when our girls were "little" girls and singing the primary song, "I Love to See the Temple."
"I love to see the temple. I'm going there some day, to feel the Holy Spirit, to listen and to pray. For the temple is a house of God, a place of love and beauty. I'll prepare myself while I am young; this is my sacred duty."

Just today Robby picked that as his favorite song to share with his kindergarten friends. What a beautiful temple. Babysitting for temple tricks is tricky even with them right here in my back yard. I'll try to think of your efforts, maybe that will help!
It was a perfect day, definitely one we need to make a recurring event.
The picture turned out nice. Great day, it was one of those things that you think, "why haven't we done this before?"
So jealous...wish i could be there.
