Summer highlights
I was actually born a blonde. I was even blonde as a three-year old. But by grade school and on to high school my hair was a natural brunette. First half of marriage—still a brunette. Then in my mid forties, the grey appeared. First I covered the grey with a matching brunette. Now in my mid-60’s I am advised I should go lighter. Thus, the highlights. In these pictures, you can actually see a mix of grey, brunette, and my beautiful new highlights. Slowly going back to my birth-roots: a blonde.
